SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time for pre-order wigs is 21 business days, while shipping takes an additional 4-7 business days. Ready-to-Ship Wigs ship out within 1-3 business days.

Please remember that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. All shipments require a signature upon delivery and are protected with package insurance. Ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match. For orders within the US, we ship via USPS, and once your parcel is received by USPS, you will receive tracking details via email. Kindly allow to 48 business hours for tracking information to update fully. Once USPS has your package, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft, but all packages are covered by shipping insurance and require a signature for delivery

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your interest in our return policy at Sunshyne Beauty. Please note that due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns, and all wig units are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. We encourage you to measure your head properly before making a purchase to ensure the best fit. Additionally, all digital products and tutorials are also non-refundable.
